Wild cats: International Lions Day - August 10, 2019

Aktualizacja: 2 gru 2019

August 8, 2019 Int. Cats Day - concerns house-cats.

This Lions Day serves to raise awareness of the threat to the population of lions massively exterminated by people, including not as smart as a dentist from the US, who killed Cecil the lion as part of the shameful killing of lions by the method of "canned hunting". Several decades ago, the lion population in Africa was over 250,000, now 25,000! More lions live in captivity than in the wild! Even worse is the situation of tigers, Bengal tigers (about 5000), Siberian tigers around 350 around the world. Similarly, there are more of them in captivity, in nonsense private sanctuaries, circuses, or the ZOO! All this should be banned because it drives the black market of poaching and trade in large cats, including cats on the verge of total extinction.

Kevin Richardson made a video on this occasion: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LbZlhieVEw

Some lions [1]:

Cecil the Lion killed by American dentist Walter Palmer - shame on you, As a punishment he should fight 1 vs. 1 with any adult lion, without weapon. It would be fair and such a punishment would scare off any snobs killing African lions using the "canned hunting" method. Here some facts about Cecil the Lion and Walter Palmer (1 of many big cats' killers):
